CLIENT CONTEXTTOMORO Coffee is a fast-growing coffee chain that started in Indonesia and built brand presence across Southeast Asia. Public sources show it opened its first Jakarta store in 2022 and scaled to around 600 Indonesia stores by 2024, with a 1,000-store ambition. By 2024, it operated in 58 of Indonesia's 98 cities and had around 20 international stores across China, Singapore and the Philippines. In 2025, expansion focus moved beyond major Java cities toward tier-2 and tier-3 cities across Sumatra, Kalimantan and Sulawesi. BUSINESS CHALLENGESRapid store expansion increased headquarters and regional management complexity across cities, islands and store maturity stages. Manual follow-ups and after-the-fact reporting could not support fast anomaly detection, new-store ramp-up monitoring or region-by-region adjustment. App-driven operations generated data beyond POS transactions: member behavior, campaigns, benefits, delivery, payment and repurchase signals. Finance, delivery, campaign cost and store performance needed to be analyzed together to understand the true quality of growth. Store expansion required map-based decision support across location, city tier, density, delivery radius, member penetration and consumption potential. GUANDATA SOLUTIONBuilt an overseas operations analytics layer covering store management, finance, member operations, overall business performance, delivery and store-expansion mapping. Created store dashboards tracking sales, orders, product mix, time-period performance, rankings and abnormal fluctuations. Connected app orders, member benefits, campaigns and store performance to evaluate conversion, repurchase and campaign effectiveness. Consolidated sales, orders, activities, expenses and financial results into a unified business view. Supported delivery analytics across delivery orders, fulfillment timeliness, abnormal orders, store capacity and regional differences. Customized Indonesia map-based analysis for store distribution, regional coverage, potential whitespace and location planning. SELECTED ANALYTICS SCENARIOS
